Began CrossFit in 2009, competed in the SE Regionals as an Individual Competitor in 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Competed and finished 10th at the 2011 CrossFit Games on a team, CrossFit Hardcore.

HOW I EAT
I weigh and measure my food
I eat clean and as close to paleo as I can although I do eat oatmeal, quinoa and rice. I allow myself one cheat meal a month.
HOW I TRAIN
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I coach at CrossFit Immersion and train at CrossFit Miami Soul.
MY ATHLETIC BACKGROUND
I played college sports
I played volleyball for ten years and then went on to play for Florida Atlantic University. After graduating, I coached volleyball at the high school, club and college level as well as for the USA High Performance Program up till 2012.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH CROSSFIT
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
