Osh grew up in Cartersville, Georgia where she began gymnastics at Cartersville Twisters at the age of 6. Kristen attended the Junior Olympic National Championships in 2003 & 2004. Kristen received a full gymnastics scholarship and consistently competed vault, beam and floor at the University of Kentucky from 2004-2008. After completing her undergraduate degree from Kentucky she attended the University of Tennessee to receive her Masters degree in Social Work. While in school, she coached at Premier Athletics Knoxville from 2009-2011 coaching preschool, recreational and girls competitive team levels 4-10. She met her husband Brian Jones at Flip Fest in 2006 and would later get married in 2011. After their wedding they moved to Lexington, Kentucky where she then coached for Legacy All Sports. Kristen coached boys and girls preschool, recreational, and girls competitive teams Levels 3-10. Kristen began coaching at Flip Fest Summer Gymnastics camp in 2006. Brian and Kristen returned to Crossville in the spring of 2015 after their daughter Hadley was born.
