Assessment Exercises:

Notes on Assessment:

  • Attempt 2 rounds of max reps of each assessment exercise. Take as much time as needed between rounds.
  • Make sure you are fresh when doing these exercises to help get an accurate max number. You can split these exercises up over the course of a week if you need to. They do not need to all be done in one day
  • Be honest with yourself when it comes to counting reps. For a rep to count, we are looking for full range of movement.

Yes the program is designed to supplement your general fitness programming, or it can be used independently.

The beginner, intermediate, and advanced plans are tailored to your specific skill level. However, if you're having trouble with a specific skill that is beyond your abilities, contact us and we'll be glad to help.

With our Video Assessment option, you can record videos of your training and Coach Dave or Coach Colin will give feedback on your technique each week.

Correspondence will be done through a private Facebook page where you will post your videos, ask questions, and receive feedback on each movement. The format of the program will allow any cues or corrections to be taken into consideration the following week.

Video support is something Power Monkey coaches rely heavily on with remote clients.   Improving technique and quality of movement is not something that happens overnight.   This option keeps a skilled eye on you as you progress.
