How to enter:

🎥VIDEO Requirements:
1. You must have the camera facing horizontally (landscape)
2. Your whole body must be in the frame at all times
3. Video must be at a 90 degree angle
4. Video must be stationary! (No shaky hands!)
📮SUBMISSION Requirements:
1. You must submit BOTH videos here:
2. Submit BOTH videos with the name of the movement and your email. EX: ‘burpees_youremailaddress’.mov
To qualify to win you MUST submit both videos AND adhere to the video + submission standards

**HINT: You don’t have to do the burpees and v-ups back to back… give yourself some time to recover**
**Tiebreaker is determined by date of first submission**
Movement standards,
Burpee:
1)Chest hits floor
2)Hip angle open to 180 during jump
3)Feet must leave floor on jump
4)Hands must extend overhead during jump
5)Body must be vertical during stand/jump
V-Up:
1)Hands and Feet must stay locked out throughout rep (slight bend is ok)
2)Hands and feet must touch ground to start each rep.
*this is different than how most people do it, so want to make sure this is noted.
3)Hands must touch ankles or feet to complete rep
