Power Monkey Camp 24

Dates: Sept 21 - 27, 2025
Location: Crossville, TN

Spend a week learning from the BEST IN THE WORLD and spending time connecting with the fitness community in a unique and fun way.

What's Included:

  • 6 nights accommodation
  • 10 sessions (3 gymnastics, 3 weightlifting, rowing, jump rope, kettlebell, endurance)
  • Daily morning yoga, ruck or paddleboard (optional)
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Midday snacks
  • Field trip to CrossFit Mayhem for group workout
  • Nightly seminars on various topics (Injury prevention, nutrition, programming, and sleep seminar)
  • Open gym time to work with coaches
  • CEU's for CrossFit, NASM and AFAA
