Wake up to the sunrise casting its magnificent glow across the Mediterranean sea. Start the day with yoga or dive in for a refreshing morning swim. Join an intimate breakfast with the team.
Train one-on-one and in small groups with Coaches Dave Durante, Chris Hinshaw, and Mike Cerbus to advance your personal fitness goals. Then, take a massage, venture out on a Catamaran exploration to the surrounding islands, or spend the afternoon paddle-boarding the turquoise waters. In the late afternoon, you'll have the option for some personal training time followed by a healthy and satisfying dinner from a local chef. In the evening, drink and socialize (if you'd like). This is your time.
