13:30-17:30 Afternoon Session Ring & Bar Work
DAY 2 - SUNDAY WEIGHTLIFTING with Mike Cerbus
9:00-12:30 Morning Session Squat and Snatch Methods
12:30-13:30 Lunch
13:30-17:30 Afternoon Session Clean & Jerk Methods
