1) Hands shoulder width (middle finger 
to outside of shoulder)
2) "Stacked" body position (hips over 
shoulders/shoulders over hands)
3) Elbows locked
4) Head neutral (ears in line with 
shoulders) eyes on ground 
5) Bend knees if tight posterior limit 
the position
