Learn how to build your technique and maximize your efficiency with gymnastics and weightlifting movements. Signature Power Monkey drills and techniques will be introduced and put into practice.

All levels (beginner to advanced) are welcome to join!

1:30-5:30 Afternoon Session Ring & Bar Work
DAY 2 - SUNDAY WEIGHTLIFTING with Mike Cerbus
9:00-12:30 Morning Session Squat and Snatch Methods
12:30-1:30 Lunch
1:30-5:30 Afternoon Session Clean & Jerk Methods
  • Build your understanding of proper technique
  • Learn how to fix movement patterns
