Power Monkey Fitness is happy to accept Ring Thing returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If you ordered any other product:
We are sorry but Power Monkey Fitness cannot accept returns on other products.
If your return is related to the Monkey Method App:
We follow Apple’s return policy for Apple product users and Google’s return policy for Android users. Please refer to their respective policies for returns and refunds for more information. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be in the same condition it was received, with all original parts.

In your order, be sure to include a slip with your full name, order number, a preferred method of contact (email and phone) and mark “RETURN”. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm you've made the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.
The refund will be applied to the credit card or another method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
