This program is designed to help you achieve higher kipping bar muscle-up volume, but our approach goes beyond just adding reps. We prioritize mastering the fundamentals, refining technique, and building the relative strength needed for long-term success.
The program is divided into three levels based on your current bar muscle-up capacity and includes two focused 4-week training cycles to help you progress effectively.

Build your Kipping Bar Muscle-Up Reps
Before starting your Bar Muscle-Up Volume training, you'll complete an assessment that will identify how many bar muscle-up reps you can currently complete.
Once you are placed in a level, you'll work through proper technique and movement patterns to build confidence in your volume training, injury free.
