Build the strength, coordination, and technique necessary for mastering this dynamic movement. As you progress you'll tackle volume accumulation, increasing the number of practice sets and reps to enhance your endurance and proficiency in executing consecutive quality muscle-ups.

about the Kipping Ring Muscle-Up Volume Builder program
The focus of this program is to build volume with the kipping muscle-up safely and effectively. Ten levels of training allows for tight rep ranges based on your current strength endurance. This is an eight week cycle with two, 4 week cycles. You'll use this plan two days a week and each workout is between 30 and 45 minutes.

Before starting your Kipping Ring Muscle-Up training, you'll complete you'll complete an assessment that will identify your current max set of Handstand Push-ups.
Once you are placed in a level, you'll work through proper technique and movement patterns to master your dream skill, injury free.
