Be careful with this one, it doesn't look too bad on paper, but your grip and shoulders will fatigue quickly here. Efficiency of movement is going to be key with the double unders and ring pull ups. The goal should be to keep a nice steady pace throughout...If your first and final round are relatively similar...then you won this workout.
