We feel that the Hollow Rock is an underutilized movement in the functional fitness world...and we plan on bringing it back! If performed properly, it will shred your core. Even though its only two movements, having to do all 150 reps in a row of each will help ensure we are reaching muscular fatigue here.
Note: make sure you are counting your hollow rock reps properly on this movement, and not counting a half cycle of the rep as a full one.
