What Can I Do On A Daily Basis To Help Build My Gymnastics Competency?

  • Handstands: you should spend time on your handstand on a regular basis. What is important to note is that working on handstands does not necessarily mean you need to be inverted. There are plenty of handstand exercises that can be done laying down or right side up that will benefit your handstand. We will help you increase your handstand vocabulary.

  • Core Work: Core strength is the basis for all other movements, so spending time on core specific work goes a long way towards becoming a better athlete.

  • Flexibility: becoming more flexible opens the doors to an incredible amount of new skills and movements as well as helps to prevent injury. We will be incorporating flexibility exercises regularly within the plans.
