Squat Pedaler

Have you ever left the gym feeling like you just sold your legs as an exit fee? Well, this one is completely up to you. Get your EMOM in to accumulate some really good quality squats at a lower percentage, but don't be surprised by that pre-fatigue when you jump right onto the bike for a test of will power. Let us know what your squat weights were and how you attack the calories. I recommend a sprint start and then trying to find an EMOM calorie accumulation goal that lets those calories tick away quickly.
