"THE DESCENT"

We love "Down-ladder" style workouts, as they allow you to maintain intensity as the workout progresses by reducing the required reps each round. Each set should be manageable to do unbroken throughout, at most 1 single break...if this is not the case, consider scaling the weight first, then possibly the movement second.
