1)Hands/body close to wall
2)Head neutral (ears in line with shoulders)
3)Shift weight over enough to find balance position
4)Shoulders initiate shift. Rest of body follows 
5)Elbow locked out on support arm
6)Work towards feet together. Straddle feet to start if needed.
